Key takeaways
- Barbalaco Arquitectos is the design firm behind the project.
- The project is named CCLM 280 House.
- The typology is residential, per the project title.
- No site, area, materials or dates were disclosed in the source.
Barbalaco Arquitectos has completed a house registered in records only as CCLM 280. The project name and the firm's authorship are the two verified facts in the source material. No drawings, photography, area figures, material lists or client statements accompanied the announcement.
That's unusually thin for a project release. Most studio announcements carry at least a site, a floor area or a material palette. This one carries neither.
What do we actually know?
- Project name: CCLM 280 House.
- Architect: Barbalaco Arquitectos.
- Typology: Residential, per the title's use of "House."
Nothing else in the source is confirmed. Built Current will not fill the gaps with speculation.
What does this change for readers?
For now, very little. A named project without a program, site or area can't yet inform design practice. The "280" in the title plausibly refers to an address, a plot number or an area — but the source doesn't say, so we won't assert it.
We'll update this item when Barbalaco Arquitectos publishes the full project documentation, including site details, materials and photography.
