Balfour Beatty, Bouygues and Webuild shortlisted for £5.7bn reservoir
Thames Water has shortlisted three joint ventures led by Balfour Beatty, Bouygues and Webuild for its £5.7bn White Horse Reservoir, with the main works contract due in autumn 2027.
