Builder Fined £300,000 After Labourer Falls Through Stairwell

Hillbeck Homes (Sowerby Bridge) Ltd was fined £300,000 after labourer Joseph Tuck, 24, fell through an unprotected stairwell opening and suffered serious spinal injuries.
