Balfour Beatty Sells Gammon Stake to Jardine Matheson for £250m

Balfour Beatty has sold its 50% stake in Hong Kong contractor Gammon to Jardine Matheson for £250m, nearly triple its £86m book value, in a pivot to UK and US markets.
