Network Rail Lines Up £650m East West Rail Extension Without New Tender
Network Rail is preparing a £650m East West Rail package for Laing O'Rourke, VolkerRail and AtkinsRéalis without a new tender, timed to the 2031 opening of Universal's Bedford resort.
